Fans remember late drummer John Bonham on 41st anniversary of his death

On Saturday, September 25, fans of John Bonham, the wild and seemingly ten-member rock band Led Zeppelin, celebrate his memory. Bonham died that day 41 years ago in 1980.
Bonham, who was also affectionately known as “Bonzo”, was born on May 1, 1948. He was 32 years old. The hammer-hand drummer struggled with drug addiction and alcohol all his life and eventually succumbed to these demons.
A 1980 press release from the group stated, âWe want people to know that the loss of our dear friend and the deep respect we have for his family, as well as the feeling of undivided harmony felt by ourselves. and our manager, led us to decide that we couldn’t continue as we were.
Led Zeppelin disbanded after Bonham’s death.
