Foo Fighters releases 2021 full concert free stream at Madison Square Garden

Foo Fighters has released the full video of their 2021 summer show at Madison Square Garden, which marked the venue’s official reopening after a year of closure due to the pandemic.

“June 20, 2021: Rock and Roll returns to The Garden streaming for a limited time,” the group revealed in a Tweeter December 30. “I can’t wait to see you again soon! “

The nearly three-hour concert, shot with multiple cameras, opens with “Times Like These” and goes through a list of 24 songs from Foo favorites like “My Hero”, “Monkey Wrench”, “Learn to Fly”, “Best of You”, and a reminder and closing of “Everlong”.

Throughout the show, the band also covered Radiohead’s “Creep” and were joined by comedian Dave Chappelle on stage, Queen’s “Somebody to Love” with drummer Taylor Hawkins on vocals, and “You Should Be Dancing” on stage. Bee Gee. the release of the disco-inspired group Record Store under the name Dee Gees, Hail satin.

Filling the MSG space of more than 20,000 seats, it was the first show at the site since the pandemic closed the site indefinitely. “We have been waiting for this day for over a year,” said frontman Dave Grohl in a previous statement. “And Madison Square Garden is going to feel so tough. New York, get ready for a long night of ass screaming our heads together at 26 from Foos.

Foo Fighters continued their tour in 2021, supporting their 10th album Medicine at midnight, released earlier in 2021 and their 26th anniversary and will continue on a larger North American tour in 2022.

The group is also set to release a horror comedy feature film. Studio 66 on February 25, which will be shown in more than 2,000 theaters.
