As governments finally admit that UFOs do exist and humanity attempts to recover from a recent state of crisis, the timing couldn’t be more appropriate for the newest addition to the HYPOCRISY catalog: “Veneration”. Due November 26 via Nuclear explosion records, “Veneration” it’s 11 pieces of precise and fierce musicality. Commonly inspired by the fusion of the modern and the old, HYPOCRISY has once again found a way to combine innovative ideas with classic sound to provide something metalheads can happily consume with awe and brutal vigor. As usual, all recording and mixing took place at the frontman Peter Tägtgren‘s Abyss Studio AB in Sweden while the mastering was completed by Svante Forsbäck To Audio Mastering Chartmakers. Designed by the artist Blake armstrong (KATAKLYSM, IN FIRE, CARNIFEX), “Veneration”S work speaks of the history of the relationship between mankind and extraterrestrials.

The official clip of the second single from the LP, “Dead World”, can be seen below. The music video was directed by Andrey Kezzyn and Cooldown generation.

Peter Tägtgren comments: “‘Dead World’ is a song that Sebastian written for our father / son project which never saw the light of day. When he started playing the song I felt the world needed to hear this overwhelming song ASAP because the groove and tempo blew me away. The idea for the video came from our director Andrey Kezzyn and it’s similar to my take on what’s about to come from the world. Maybe not literally, but who knows. Enjoy!”
