Presley & Taylor will open for Tracy Byrd at Christmas in Ida

IDA – Presley & Taylor will open for headliner Tracy Byrd at the Christmas concert in Ida.

The sister duo will perform at the Young Country Concert at 4 p.m. on December 4 in the township of Ida parking lot. Free entry.

Seats are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Participants can bring chairs.

A public meeting for the stars of the Young Country Concert will follow in the Partners tent presented by First Merchant Bank.

Byrd will perform at 5 p.m. at the same venue. Free entry.

The concerts are produced by Hunter Brucks of HB Concerts Inc.

Raised in a small farming town in New England, the singer-songwriters will perform their hit songs “Don’t Even Know Your Mama”, “Everybody Sees It”, “Where You Belong” and their single “22 Red. Flags “. “

The duo’s first two singles, “Looking for A Cowboy” and “Kickin Back”, reached the Top 40 of the charts and their third single, “While You Were Gone”, placed 30th on the National MusicRow Country charts. Breakout Chart.

Their single “My Home Town” reached 25th place.

Presley & Taylor shared the stage with artists including Martina McBride, Restless Heart, Ashton Shepard, Bucky Covington, Janie Fricke, Sarah Darling and Pam Tillis at the Grand Ole Opry.

Country music legend Tracy Byrd will perform her greatest hits, such as “Keeper of the Stars”, “Watermelon Crawl”, “I’m from the Country” and “Ten Rounds with Jose Cuervo”.

Byrd has listed over 30 hit singles in his career, including 11 Top Ten hits. He has released 10 studio albums and two hit albums, with four gold certifications and a double platinum certification from the RIAA.

The Country Concert at Noël à Ida is presented by Meijer. The Young Country Concert is presented by Monroe Dodge Chrysler Jeep Superstore.

Christmas in Ida kicks off on December 3 with the popular Friday night commemorative concert. Chamber singers from Siena Heights University are on the program. The Chamber Singers is a select vocal ensemble specializing in vocal chamber music. The Chamber Singers perform at the University of Siena and at community events, on and off campus. They also perform at local and regional school events for educational and recruiting purposes, as well as on national and international tours. The Chamber Singers perform music from a wide variety of literature, with a particular emphasis on a cappella music mainly from the Renaissance period. All members of the Chamber Singers participate in the University Choir.

The Memorial Concert takes place at the historic St. Joseph Catholic Church and will have a reception after the concert. The concert is presented by Senator Dale W. Zorn and State Representatives TC Clements and Joe Bellino.

Other entertainment for December 4th includes Peg Harris Dance Studio, Lighthouse Dance Company, 2021 Miss Monroe County Kendall Madison Comer and the Flurry of Fantastic Family Festivities Show presented by ProMedia Monroe Regional Hospital and hosted by Monroe YMCA.

The La-Z-Boy Family Concert Series is a collection of healthy family entertainment and concerts that brings headlining entertainment to the Christmas in Ida festival, where all entertainment shows are free.
